Thanks in color throwdown inspired colours

A quick post today.Made a card for a couple of challenges.A quick card I must say.my stamping sucks and this is a decent version of the card I had thought in my mind. After a failed attempt I realised this is the best I can do with the idea in my mind.
The colours are inspired by the current palette at Color Throwdown.
The cardis made exclusively for CASual Fridays and Less Is more.
The butterfly stamp is from unity keeping mind their current challenge ( things with wings).

P.S. watched Kahaani last night.fabulous movie.Vidya is definitely going to win more awards this year.

Brick wall for less is more

The current challenge at Less is more asks the participants to make something CAS using neutral colours. And this is my take on it.I loved it the way it turned out.BTW Sorry for the poor picture quality. Its quite a feat That I manged to click it.Extremely grey and scarily windy outside.my card flew away a couple of times.Plus accompanied are thunderbolts in spurts.
What do you think?
THE INSIDES.
The stamp was bought from mansi. It was stamped twice using two different inks.the image was then cut and each piece distressed and arranged back like a brick wall.I love the shadowy effect.I tried using the same technique on the sentiment.
Hope you like my experiment...inspired by the tutorial at Splitcoast stampers.

Butterfly card for Less is more

I love one layer cards.I find them dificult to conceive in head ...but once they are conceived it is easy to execute them.
And this is why I look forward to challenges on Less is more.
Their current challenge asks one to use either dies or punches.
So I am here with my creation.
THE INSIDES.
The die cuts are from ujjwal's store. The beautiful gems are from PIE LANE.

(W)Hole card

I am doing a lot of interesting things nowadays and today I have something to share which i have never done before.it was quite challenging to print the image and sentiment but finally I managed to nail it.
The image is from Birdie Brown and the inspiration for this card is from the current challenge at Less is more which asks one to make a card with a hole in it.ICR is also an inspiration to make this CAS card.
Srinanda from pie lane had asked us to use border strips on our cards and this one is for you Srinanda. The gorgeous silver border strip is from Pie lane.
