Circular Thanks card

Hi Peeps!
First day of September....only a couple of days to leave this place.Busy as a bee but don't mind it.30 cakes done and a couple more to go.So a Thanks card for a cake recipient.
Was extremely inspired and impressed by Indira's this card and made some handmade flowers .Have a look.Also inspired by the current sketch at Mojo monday and colors at Play date cafe.

Scooting by to say Thank you

Hi Peeps!
I am still baking.26 done...13 more to go...and yeah packing too and picking up my kids from the school.and in between all that whenever I manage to get some time craft.Today I have another Thank you card to share.I had all the intentions to enter the CASual Fridays challenge but missed it.
However I have managed to make something inspired by the current sketch at Skipping Stones challenge and Color Q colors.Also entering it at Peachy keen challenge- Anything goes

I want to be an astronaut,a pilot and a skydiver

 
Unusual and too long a title for a post right?But it is about Kiara my five year old highly spirited daughter and she wants to be all that in that order.She has this story which she loves to tell that she is going to be an astronaut and then jump into a plane and then finally skydive.I guess its the influence of father talking.Anyway that apart i chose to make a LO inspired by this spirit of kiara.

Thank YOU with a new stamping technique

Hi peeps!
I am very busy right now ...with what?packing? NO ...I mean yes but baking too....Have baked 15 cakes since wednesday...13 banana breads and 2 sponge ( iced them).For who? Everyone possible  in the station including the DSC guards,mess staff and the tailor.TEN more to go.
have also made thank you cards for each one of them.Now have run short of few so making more.
This one is for one such purpose.
I have used a new stamping technique on this one inspired by Katie Gehring of Skipping Stones design.
Basically you stamp first with the back of a large solid stamp in a lighter color and then with the main image of the same stamp in darker color.isn't that BRILLIANT?

I am busy packing and baking.BAKING yes baking banana breads for all my friends here to say thanks...and how many breads will that be? around 15...so get the picture?
Right now moving on to the reason why we are here.Ladies thanks a lot for an overwhelming response to my box challenge.You gals floored me with your mind boggling creations and it was tough to come up with a winner ...but then whats to be done has to be done.and karuna and I came up with the winner and top three.

Long time....but today I have a card to show you and some news to share.I am leaving udhampur and going to Delhi.Looking forward to leaving Udhampur.Also this is second time in a row that My card was chosen a s a chick pick at unity Opprtunity challenge...so a YAY for that.
The card I am sharing with you today is made for a dear friend...Her husband is taking over as a a commanding officer at Suratgarzh...a milestone indeed...so to celebrate that have made a card for her and will share a box soon which I am making for her.
This card is made keeping in mind the following challenges

I am here tonight with two cards made for PPS challenge #7 hexagons and triangles. I also used the Skipping stones sketch here.I was really happy with my Just a note card and wanted to show it to you all ...so couldn't wait for the daylight tomorrow...so clicked it  under a flashlight .

This is the third day in a row that the internet is not working and I am using my overworked Photon to do the needful.So sharing a card this afternoon made exclusively for ICR(embossing+ sentiment using three diff fonts)
The colors are inspired by the current ones Green and Blue at Less Is More.
The sketch is from CPS.
This one is also made for Unity opportunity challenge( use your Itty bitty  stamps)
Since its a birthday card ..it also qualifies for the current challenge at Lia Stampz.

A tag and a CD mini

Hi Peeps!
I came back to my house with Trisha yesterday and we had a birthday party invitation waiting for us from Kiara's best friend.
So you guessed it right ...I settled down Trisha and started crafting and this is what I created.This is my second CD  mini and I am really happy the way it turned out and that too in such a short time.
