Make a Card for Olivia

This isn't my idea .I got inspired by Yvonne.She introduced me to Olivia through her blog.Olivia is a little girl who is Stacey's niece and is suffering from brain tumor.Stacey's organizing a card drive so that this sweet little girl gets some love from all over the world.

CASEing the Master

Hi Peeps!
Hope you all are doing well.I am busy as a bee as usual and have a card to show you today.It was one of dreams to CASE Erum and I have done it here for her own challenge at Yvonne's blog.I know I am nowhere close to her creation but that was never the intention and I did not say that this is the last time so will keep trying till I am satisfied.
The story here is That I ruined two ribbons and washed them and dried them trying to make that supposedly easy peasy flower.No there wasn't any problem with the instructions it was me who wasn't getting the hang of it.I added some glitter to the ribbon as well as the butterflies and the leaves.the butterfly is a black and white rintout which i colored with faber Castell pencil colors and the leaves are a digi from BIRD.
Then I did not get the dye so colored the backing paper with water color and then the acrylic.The starry effect was achieved(Did I achieve it?)with Pie Lane glitter balls.Have used floss and lace from my stash.

The insides.the sentiment is fom Ippity and the butterfly stamps are from my stash .Don't remember the company's name.have distressed the edges and the blue cardstock has been torn and pinched and then distressed.

Welcome Little One-We are celbrating your arrival

The card I am sharing today is for ICR challenge and was meant for Case study challenge too but I ran out of time.
The challenges at ICR are really getting tougher by the day and the last one I did not even attempt so tried my luck this time.Hope it follows all the rules with the combo twist.

The stickers are from Echo park and so are the sentiment letters.The ribbon is from my stash.The clouds are handcut and then have used stitching on it.Have made the envelope myself...forgot to mention that the envelope in my previous post was also handmade.Actually nowadays it is taking so long to upload pics and the net connectivity is pretty low so I forget to mention half the things.

This card is meant for me actually because something I simply don't know how to do is RELAX.I am hyperventilating most of the day and most of the time.
But I am not stupid enough to give it to me and will put it in my pile of cards which is growing steadily.

I have a project to share..Its an upcycled notpad.The image is from Designed to delight and the sketch is from Carly.The floral beads are from Pie lane.I have distressed the paper a bit and the image was printed twice once on the brown cardstock and once on the white one and have paper pieced two flowers.

Birthday card for dad

The image is from Beccy and the sketch is from Card Patterns.I believe how much ever one grows she remains her daddy's girl throughout her life ;hence this image.

Mice Wishes

I am stuck in a power cut here.One chocolate cake is done and banana bread is waiting for the power to resume so that it gets baked.Will the miseries of Udhampur never end?So trying to post this on Photon...small mercies!

I do not have any happy thoughts except the time I am crafting...but definitely had happy thoughts while creating this.

Very feminine card

Hi Peeps!
This was a totally mind boggling card for me.But I am happy the way it turned out finally.This card is made for Helen's challenge on Yvonne's blog.I am pathetic with misting and I do not have a decent mist ...so made mine and then worked around it.The picture hasn't come too well...I tried many angles but the masked effect of the chipboard isn't showing as clearly as it is visible in person.

I have two cards to share today.Realised all of a sudden that it was high time I sent rakhis.So made these today and will post them tomorrow.

I have used Pie lane stencil on a makeshift light box to emboss the image.The card is 4 by 9 and enters CAS-ual Fridays challenge.The envelope is handmade.
